Build 10.24.1e - This is the latest version of TWS - we were forced to update today

I'm pointed at the correct TWS exe file, in the 1023 folder. NT8 has a green light and says it's connected - if I place an order it places it in TWS so there is a connection. But the chart/candles don't look correct in NT8 - like it hasn't updated all the candle history? And the current price is not showing/moving.

Please submit a ticket to our support for further assistance. [email protected], and please include log and trace files.
Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.- Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
- Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
