how do i buy on the bid and set a trailing stop. Is there a video on this?

You can use the 'Buy Bid' button in ChartTrader to submit a buy limit order at the bid price.
If you use the SuperDOM, please right click in the SuperDOM and select 'Properties'. Enable 'Show quick buttons' and click OK. You will now see Bid and Ask buttons in the SuperDOM. Clicking the Bid button in the Buy column will submit a buy limit order at the bid price.
You can use the Auto Trail stop strategy within an ATM strategy to setup a trailing stop. You can find information and examples in our help guide.
Please click 'Desktop Help Guides'. Then click Operations-->Advanced Trade Management (ATM)-->ATM Strategy-->Stop Strategy-->Auto Trail on the left.
