Login to NT via Rithmic with Different Market Data/Orders Accounts

Hello,
I am trying to use my Ninjatrader (Lifetime license) with Rithmic Rtrader which is logged in with 2 different accounts (1 for market data via Rithmic, 1 for orders via APEX). I can login and open Rtrader correctly, but when I try to login with Ninjatrader I get a login failed message. Can you please help? Thanks

Hello jayenoh,

If you shut down R|Trader Pro and then try to connect to your "APEX" connection, are you able to connect in NinjaTrader Desktop?

If you enter the same Rithmic username and password for both Orders and Market Data in R|Trader Pro, are you able to connect in NinjaTrader Desktop?

Hi Jason, if I shutdown R Trader it will not connect. I am using the connection to R Trader in "Plugin Mode". If I change both connections in R Trader to APEX i can connect, but I would like to use the Market Data account connection that I have shown in the screenshot above.

Unfortunately this is not supported. You can't connect to multiple Rithmic connections simultaneously in NinjaTrader Desktop.

If you like to connect to an evaluation service through Rithmic, please enter the same user ID/password for Orders and Market Data in R|Trader Pro.
