intraday charts not pulling up

I just installed Ninjatrader. but when I pull up the charts I can see the Daily, weekly and monthly chart....but when I pull up the hourly, minute and 2000 tick chart I get a white screen. Please tell me ...step by step... what I need to do to trade on these charts.

Hello Michael,

Can you please send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader Desktop, so I can investigate why you don't load data in intraday charts.

• Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support
• Set the To field to Platform Technical Support
• Enter "Att Jason, 04019146" in the "Subject" field
• Enter any text under 'Please enter any information that you feel will help us resolve your inquiry'.
• Make sure "Log and trace files" is enabled
• Click Send
