Error: No such route exists

I have linked my Bulenox/Rithmic account with NT8 and the accounts show up correctly in NT8, however when I try and place an order (on any instrument), I get the following error message...

XXXXXXXX(account number), No such route exists. affected order: Buy 1 Limit @ XX.XX (price)

When I log into R Trader Pro I can place the same order no problem
