    My chart locked me out

    Please help. My chart locked me out. I restarted my computer 3 times already. I cannot place orders or drawings on my ES chart. It just keeps saying loading.

    Thank you for your post.

    Please submit a ticket to us at [email protected] for assistance with this matter. Please also follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so we may investigate this matter further.
    • Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
    • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
