NT 7 customer trying to download NT8

Hello,

I've been using NT7 for ages and I'm trying to download NT8 but can't even access the download page without logging in (which wasn't the case for NT7).
I used the email where I receive Ninja updates and created a new password but for Ninja I'm now a new customer, which I'm clearly not.
How can I download NT8 as an existing customer?

OK I managed to install NT8 because a friend sent me the correct version, but "Global simulation mode" is selected although I have a live account.
In NT7 you could just disable this.
In NT 8 it says "upgrade to a lease or lifetime license" but I already am a paying customer.
How can I enable live trading?
