'Instruction processing has resulted in a Red Card'. Please check details. Trigger level does not conform to minimum distance requirements specified for the market.

What does this error mean? My backtests are fine and i'm only using EnterLong and EnterShort while manually managing stoploss/takeprofit

Hello!

Who is your broker? This error is common with Forex.com. To resolve, increase the distance of your orders from the ask/bid price. Additionally, contact FOREX.com for more information about each instrument's minimum distance (each instrument may be different).

If this does not apply, I'd like to take a look at your log and trace files for this issue. These files contain diagnostic information related to what is occurring on your platform that will help us resolve this issue in a timely manner.


Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files. Please attach the files to an email to [email protected], including “ ATTN Kimberly H” in the subject line and a link to this forum post in the message body, so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
