Ninja trader won't open

Hey everyone, my ninja trader does not want to open, out of the blue. It gives an error code but not every time I try to open it. Would be glad if someone helped.

Thank you for posting.

Can you please attach a screenshot of the error message you are receiving.
To capture a screenshot I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.

Alternatively to capture a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and attach the file to your reply.

Hello, thank you for replying. This is the error it gives. The buttons underneath from left to right say "stop", "try again" and "ignore". I tried all of them and they do nothing it just crashes and doesn't even give an error code.

This indicates there is another program on your PC accessing or blocking access to the required log file. Please reboot your PC then prior to opening any other applications attempt to open NinjaTrader.

If the error persists please set exclusions for the following folders within your security software then reboot and test once again.

• C:->Program Files or Program Files->NinjaTrader 8 folder
• Documents->NinjaTrader 8 folder
