how to remove chart from workspace? it's been calculating for 10 mins!

Hi,

This is a new problem I'm experiencing with NT8 and it just happened over the past fortnight or more recently.

After connecting to TWS, and the data is refreshed, a few charts stay on "calculating" for quite some time. This didn't happen previously, even with the latest upgrade to v8.0.28 and happened a few weeks after that. What has changed in the backend? I don't have add any new indicators to my charts.

And now, one of my charts is just stuck at "Calculating" and I can't do anything with the other charts. Very frustrating.

Hello Kay Wai,

I suggest to restart NinjaTrader and don't connect to Interactive Brokers yet. Close the chart by clicking the X in the upper right corner of the chart. Then save the workspace, so it is saved without the chart. Then connect to Interactive Brokers.

There is a known issue with Interactive Brokers. Foreign clients (non US) are unable to load Daily charts. Development is aware and are looking into it. If you remove all Daily charts from your workspaces in NinjaTrader Desktop, do the charts finish loading?
