    Can you help me fix this? Error: Trying to add realtime strategy with no account

    Suddenly started getting this error on startup without changing anything at all:

    The only way to get through it to have NT load is to hit Ignore. Then I get some unhandled exception errors, and one of my scripts running on five sim accounts (different timeframes) doesn't send orders when it should on two of those accounts. The other three seem to work fine.

    Thanks for your post.

    Please write in to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with answers to the questions below and follow the steps below to attach your log and trace files to your email so we may investigate this further. In the Subject of the email include 'ATTN: Brandon H' and in the body of the email include a link to this forum thread.
    • What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.?.?)
    • Did you program this NinjaScript strategy yourself or was this strategy programmed by a third-party developer?
    • Are you connected to a live data feed connection when trying to enable the strategy?
    • Do you have an account selected in the strategy's 'Account' property seen in the Strategies window when enabling the script?​
    Follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

    And, send a screenshot of the strategy's properties in the Strategies window so I may see what settings you are using for the strategy.
    • To send a screenshot with Windows 10 or newer I would recommend using the Windows Snipping Tool.
    • Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save it as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
