    NT 8 Won't Uninstall

    I'm trying to re-load NT 8. My OS is Win 11 Home, and this is on my laptop. Unfortunately, when I try to uninstall NT 8 I receive an error message that says the uninstall routine "can't confirm who published NinjaTrader.CustomActionNET20.dll".

    Thank you for your post.

    Please follow the steps below to email us your log and trace files. Plus attach a screenshot of the error message you are receiving.
    Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 04000166
    • Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
    • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
    • Please click this Blue text to see a video demonstration of how to send these files
