    Trade Clock is 1hr behind

    I noticed the trade entry time for my trades on the Trade Performance table is an hour behind the actual time I placed the trade. For example on the chart the trade was placed by 9:53AM but on the trade performance the entry time is 8:53AM. My time zone in the Tools menus is correct (Eastern Time Zone). What's causing this issue?

    Thank you very much for your message.

    Could you let me know if you have ever used a different timezone within NinjaTrader? Please also let me know what timezone your PC itself is set to.

    So far, I have not been able to reproduce this issue. All my trades seem to be listed in the same timezone the platform is set to. E.g. in this case my PC is set to Central and my platform to Eastern Time:

      I have always used EST time zone on both my PC and NT8. That's why i find this weird.

          I was able to recreate this with NinjaTrader-based demo/live accounts and am currently investigating what might cause this offset.

            This issue has been reported to our Development team and I added your case as impact to this issue. We currently expect that a fix for this particular issue will be made in the next major build of NinjaTrader.

              ​I happen to have run into the same problem and as you can see the entry price time does not correlate. I also highlighted the red as the wrong entry and exit times and the purple where the entry times should be.

                Thank you for your response.

                We expect this particular issue to be correct in the next major release of NinjaTrader 8, which is currently in testing. The version number is 8.1.2.0 and you will be able to see when it has been released by monitoring our Release Notes page;
