    Problem with order - does not close

    I have a problem with an order that remains executed and I cannot delete it, it is not activated either.
    It is in demo, but it has been several days since I have been able to close that order in any way.
    how can I do ?

    If this is on the Sim101 account, the only way to remove a stuck order would be to reset the account and clear its history. To manage, edit, or reset your Sim101 account, do the following:
    • Go to the Control Center > Accounts window
    • Right-click on the Sim101 account > select 'Edit Account'
    • In this window, you may change the Initial Cash Size for your Sim101 account, as well as add other features such as Commissions and Risk Templates
    • To apply the changes, click on the 'reset' button at the bottom of the window.
