Ninjatrader 8 application freeze when uploading on NQ

I have a chartemplate for Ninjatrader 8. This template works great for every futures e.g. ES, YM, and many others. Only when i select the NQ the application freeze. What could be the problem that all the other works great but not the NQ? Thanks for help.

this may be because the NQ has many ricks, much more than eg the ES. there are many more ticks to be processed. do you use eg a footprint or other indicators that are calculated on tick?

Maybe you load too much data and PC cant handle it as fast as other instruments. Try this: load any instrument, change in data series bars to load to 100 and then load NQ.
