    Playback issues continuing to stop

    Playback will not continue to run. I am using Market Replay and once loaded I click play and it stops. It works sometimes and sometimes it does not and will not continue to play.

    Hello VanessaAccra,

    Can you please right click in the Playback control window and select 'Show Available Data'. This will open a new window that shows all data that is present in NinjaTrader Desktop. Could it be there is no Market Replay data present for the instrument and period you replay?

    You can download Market Replay data at Control Center-->Tools-->Historical Data-->Load-tab-->Get Market Replay data for the last 90 days (while disconnected from the Playback connection).

    Do you receive realtime data if you select the instrument in question in a SuperDOM?
