Option chain symbol issue in chart vs basic entry

Hello

Do this.
Go to AAPL symbol. Open options chain.

select any strike with 2.5 multiple. send it to Order entry or basic entry or time and sales by doing right click and hit Send to button

U will see all bids,asks and last price in basic entry window.

NOW, copy that symbol and paste that in chart box.

YOU WILL GET ERROR ON UPLOADING THAT SYMBOL IN CHART.

WHY?
FIX IT. URGENT.

To load any available data select a color from the Instrument Link box in the upper right corner of the Options Chain window->Select the same color within the Instrument Link box in your chart then to load any available data left click on the Strike price in the Options Chain window as opposed to copy and pasting this information.

Question is about, on chart, symbol for Strike prices like 177.5 , 182.5, 187.5 don't load up.

Please give me solution for that. What u are replying is not relevant question.

Is there any better qualitifed customer support here? This guy Christopher from ninjaforum is totaly unqualified and not good enough to understand question asked.

This is very shaming thing knowing maturity level of other ninjatrader support team members and the way they provide response to customer.

I am looking for some another Customer agent with knowledge to jump in here and help me to resolve the problem
