Market subscription missing

Hello,

why is the Cancel the Subscription button missing? In the past i could cancel and reactivate my subscriptions and there was no Problems and now i cant.
Any ideas?

Hey, thank you for the quick answer.
So if its already canceled for this month then the button does not exist anymore? So all my subscriptions will expire at the end of the month?

Thank you for your post.

We confirm that if you already clicked on cancel renewal during the month of August, your market data subscription will not renew at the beginning of September.

Your market data subscriptions will expire at the end of the month.

Please be advised that if you have a renewing account plan, license key, or add-on, that you would need to cancel renewal on those as well if desired.
