TD Ameritrade authorized but no accounts show

Hello, I have a working NT8 desktop setup with connections to multiple brokers. I want to add my TD Ameritrade account. I added it, successfully authorized it with the browser pop-up, and when I click on it in NT8 Connections menu it goes green. The log tab even says "TDA: Primary connection=Connected, Price feed=Connected" but on the Accounts tab, nothing new showed up. I expected to see my TDA account show up but it didn't. It also doesn't show up in any Account drop-downs such as the Basic Entry screen. Please advise.

I'd like to take a look at your log and trace files for this issue.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files. Please attach the files to an email to [email protected], including “ ATTN Kimberly H” in the subject line and a link to this forum post in the message body, so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
