Not able to send email to support

Hello, I am getting error when sending email to support.

8/2/2023 3:35:18 PM	Default	There was an error sending a mail message: An error occurred while attempting to establish an SSL or TLS connection. The server's SSL certificate could not be validated for the following reasons: • The server certificate has the following errors: • The revocation function was unable to check revocation for the certificate. The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.

It will give this error from the log.

What should I do to fix this? I am on latest ninjiatrader.

This error most commonly occurs if the installed Windows version is either not supported or is missing updates.

Please ensure you are on Windows 10 or 11 before launching the Windows Update and installing any pending/missing updates therein.

If this still occurs once all updates have been installed, please follow the steps below to send us your log & trace files:

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to support (at) ninjatrader (dot) com
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders
