I need to add CL as the current won't won't come up..

Can anyone tell me where to find the info to add CL back to the indicies list? it has never come up and I have tried it on multiple computers.. Seems to be an ongoing issue with CL as there is lots of info online about the problem and none of the previous fixes work..

|Market data failed for 'CL 08-23': 'The subscription to this instrument has been aborted. Dependent network services and/or data were not available' Seems like the data never loads...

FYI for others who have the problem disconnect connections. Reset the db, restart and then update all rollovers and instrument lists..

Hello LGHTme,

Can you please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Database Management. Then click Rollover under 'Rollover futures instruments'. This should rollover the CL 08-23 to CL 09-23.


You can also type in the instrument in the Instrument field of most NinjaTrader windows. For example:

• Left click in the Instrument field first and hit Backspace on your keyboard.
• Type in CL 09-23 and hit Enter on your keyboard.

If you like to add instruments to instrument lists, please perform the steps below.

• Go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Lists.
• Click the instrument list on the left side.
• Click add on the right.
• Type CL 09-23 and hit Enter on your keyboard.
