Missing CME DATA

Hello,
Thank you for your post.
Please reset instruments, following steps below.- First, disconnect from any data providers by navigating to the Control Center > Connections menu, and left-click on “disconnect” that appears to the right when hovering your mouse over any active connection
- Next, reset your instruments by navigating to the Control Center > Tools > Database Management
- In the Database Management window, left-click on "Rollover"
- Under the “Update instruments” section, ensure that “General properties”, "Futures expiries" and “Symbol mappings” options are checked and then click Update
- Lastly, restart NinjaTrader for the changes to occur
Get connected and open a new 1 minute ES 09-23 chart without templates or indicators.
If that chart looks good, right click within your other charts and select "Reload all historical data".
If your chart has not updated, please email us from the NinjaTrader platform (Help-> Email Support), so we can receive your log and trace files to be able to assist you further. Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
