Sim account not showing up and login issue

I have an issue where if I login and select "Live Trading" I do not see my sim account. When I right click the "accounts" page I do not have an option to add the sim account. I was able to get the sim account back by selecting "multi-provider" under "tools ---> options." However, this then causes a new problem. After selecting "multi-provider" when restarting the application the selection screen for "live trading" no long loads and I had to add my account for ninja trader into the control center. This option doesn't seem to allow me to save my username and password so I get an error every time I restart the application and must manually re-connect the account with my username and password. How do I fix this issue so I can login and see my live account and sim account without having to enter my username and password twice?

Thank you very much for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader forums!

To resolve this, please click on Connections > Configure, and create a new NinjaTrader (not NinjaTrader Continuum) connection.

By using the same credentials as for the NinjaTrader Dashboard, and setting this to "Connect on Startup" you would not have to add the credentials again.

There is NO "Configure" under the connections tab. What are the other options..... Super frustrating!
