    no connection FXCM

    I can't login to FXCM data in Ninjatrader. It's never happened to me before. Meanwhile, CQG data is running normally.

    Hello Valerius.Lucius,

    Can you please send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader, so I can investigate why you can't connect to FXCM.
    • Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support
    • Enter "Att Jason, 03977751" in the "Subject" field
    • Make sure "Log and trace files" is enabled
    • Click Send

        Can you please select 'Platform Technical Support' in the To field and enter any text under 'Please enter any information that you feel will help us resolve your inquiry'. You should then be able to click the Send button.
