I am having an issue getting my CL chart to load. All other charts will load for me. I do notice that the only option is August contracts and I’m wondering if that is the issue because when I am looking at TradingView the only contract options I have are September forward.

If you do not see the CL 09-23 on your chart, please click on Tools > Database Management and confirm the rollover therein.
If this fails or you do not see the rollover therein, please ensure your platform has been updated to either NinjaTrader 8.0.28.0 or 8.1.1.7. You may find the installed version under Help > About.
