    NinjaTrader 8 active order bug.

    Hello. I have a problem with ninjatrader or Apex maybe?..
    Im using tradovate and ninjatrader with Apex propfirm and today i've traded and after some minutes i saw on chart this active order. I tried to cancel the order from ninjatrader app but without succes.
    Then i tried using the tradovate option "exit all position cancel all" button and to be fair when the price went to my order it didn't trigger that's good, but how can i delete the order from ninja trader?
    any solution? thank you!

    First, if this is a live trade please contact the trade desk to manage your positions/orders

    Once you have closed the positions/orders with your broker please repair your database to remove the order from NinjaTrader.
    • Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections via File > Disconnect
    • From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Database
    • Press "Repair DB"
    • Press the "Repair" button
    If this does not remove the order then the order will be removed when your broker resets their servers.

    If the order was submitted to the sim101 account please reset the sim101 account.
    • From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the Accounts tab
    • Right click on your simulation account and select 'Edit Account'
    • Press the "Reset" button

      Thank you for your response but that didn't help me. I will wait Apex to reset their servers.

        Is NT still having problems where orders you are in - when in large profit, will not close until you are then in the negative? This was a major problem when they changed the platform and I was hoping this had been resolved but I see from looking at multiple forum issues that this is still a problem. Calling their help line as they suggest does not help either as they place you on hold and your profit decreases tick by tick until you are upside down in the trade.

          Can you please confirm you have the latest version 8.1.2.1 installed by going to the Control Center->Help->About. If you do not have the current version of 8.1 installed please use the steps outlined at the link below and let me know if you continue seeing this behavior.
