NJ 8 not connecting

NJ 8 not connecting
New here and frustrated with the platform. I have it installed on a laptop that opens and operates perfectly fine. However I'm moving all my operatoins over to a multi-monitor desktop. I've uninstalled/reinstalled NJ8 numerous times. Yet, when I log in I'm continuously met with this screen. It sticks here. I follow all install and connection steps via topstep, and now here in the forums and i still end up with this mess. What am I missing?

Thank you for your post.
You would want to enable 'Multi-Provider Mode'.
To do this you would want to select 'Continue' under Simulation then once you have entered the platform please follow these steps:- Navigate to your Control Center > Tools > Options > General
- Enable the 'Multi-Provider Mode' option
- Restart NinjaTrader
Then select 'Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage' under 'Available' and then add.
Enter in your username and password from TopStep to be used with Rithmic and select 'Topstep Trader' from the System dropdown.
