options trading no data

I try to use ninjatrader 8 for options trading, no data shows up. How can I fixed it?

Can you tell me what data provider you are connected to within NinjaTrader and what version of 8.0 you are running which can be found by going to the Control Center->Help->About.

Ninjatrader version :8.0.28.0 64-bit
Data provider: use both ninjatrader and IB account

So I may look into this further please go to Help->Email Support and be sure to include Attn: Chris Jameson in the Subject line, a link to this thread in the body and a check in the box for "Log and trace files".
