Problem with GC 12-23

Hello,

I switched the GC futures contract to 12-23 and I now have a huge green candle on the chart.
If I reload/restart there's no historical data for the current day.
I already cleared the cache but it didn't help.
What can I do?

Thank you for posting.

I have tested this on my end and was able to load data successfully for GC 12-23 while connected to a CQG based connection. Please reset your instruments with the steps I have provided below:

• Disconnect
• Tools
• Options
• Data tab
• Reset Instruments
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Reconnect

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.
