Platform glitchy?

I purchased a 50k combine from the prop firm topstep. I connect to ninjatrader 8 with my credentials from my firm, as well through rithmic. When I sign into the platform none of the screens open up. It’s just a blank white screen. Try to open a new chart, it’s just blank, indicators blank, everything blank.

Thank you for posting.

Please close NinjaTrader then go to the Windows Control Panel->Uninstall a Program->Select NinjaTrader->Click Repair then once completed let me know if you see the same behavior.

Tried that, and opened a random chart that’s not live. Then I tried pulling up a Forex chart EUR/GBP and it’s completely blank.

Currently Rithmic based connections only provide data for Futures therefore in order to receive data for Forex instruments you would need to connect to a provider that supports this asset.

If you are looking for a data provider for real time and historical Forex data I recommend using Kinetick: (Our Preferred Data Feed Service Built Specifically for NinjaTrader) which provides historical Tick, Minute and Daily data.

So my prop firm topstep wouldn’t have a problem with me using another based connection? Because it seems like that’s the only one I can use.

I am not aware of any issues using another data provider that offers data for an asset they don't support however I suggest contacting Topstep directly to verify.
