You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

Be sure to also include that 'ATTN Ricky' in the subject line.

Hi,

I am confronted more and more often with a particularly annoying error message indicating this: "unhandled exception: object reference not set to an instance of an object".

When this message appears, it behaves like a damn spam popup and appears hundreds of times continuously even when I click OK.





This forces me to forcefully close Ninja via the task manager, compromising the management of my positions.
When restarting ninja, I literally lose all my traces made during my session, which forces me to start my work over again, this is not acceptable.
Could you guide me to find a solution to this problem?
I'm not a coder, but I noticed that this message actually appeared when doing plots on the graphs.
However, I cannot understand what the problem is, since I am using the native NT8 tools for this task (and not an imported drawing tool).
I am curently using thet 8.1.1.7 Ninja Version.
