NT8 taking long time to connect to establish connection with data feed.

Hi ,
I am using the NT8 version 8.0.28.0 64-bit, once launched it is taking 5-10 mins to connect to the data feed. I am attaching the trace file for the same. Please help .

Thank you for posting.

First please reset your dns with the steps below.

• Go to the Windows menu
• Type CMD
• Right click on Command Prompt->Run as administrator
• Type ipconfig /flushdns then hit Enter
• Once finished close this window

Next shut down your PC then reboot your modem, restart your PC and let me know if you can then test your connection again.

If the issue persists, I suggest contacting True Data to verify if they have any server issues reported today by other users.

Lastly please edit your previous post removing your trace file to ensure no personal information is available to other users.
