Data not loading past certain date regardless of days to load

Hello,

For whatever reason, my data won't load on my tick charts past June 6, 2022. My days to load are set past this date (450+ days). This is only occurring on my tick charts? My daily chart seems to be loading the data fine.

Can you tell me what instrument/expiry you have selected and what data provider you are connected to within NinjaTrader.

ES 09-23, Ninja Trader Continuum

Unfortuantely, there is no additional Tick data available for this instrument on the historical data servers and I am not aware of any supported data providers that offer Tick data going back further. Keep in mind Tick, Minute and Day data use different data formats therefore when loading Minute or Day data there may be additional data when compared to Tick data.

Thanks for the response. Is there a reason for why my other machine is able to load chart data that far back? (same connection and instruments)

When historical data is loaded this is stored locally on your PC for future requests therefore if you loaded data prior to data being removed from the server this would be available from your local hard drive. If you have additional data on another PC you can export this data then import this onto the other PC. I have included a link below to our Help Guide that goes over exporting and importing data.
