Ninjatrader will not give Minutes charts

I am using the latest ninja trader with Interactive brokers.
I can now only create Tick, Second, Volume, & Range Charts, but not charts for minutes or hours, days etc.
It was okay until recently.

I trade minute charts in NQ mainly.
Is there a simple fix for this?

When you email into our support team, please provide your log and trace files and specify whether you are connecting to any other data providers other than Interactive Brokers. Please be advised that you will need to be using the same version of TWS or Gateway that is in our connection guide:

• You must have at least one of the following standalone Interactive Brokers API Software versions installed (browser versions are not supported)
  • TWS 10.23.2a - Download
  • IB Gateway 10.23.2a - Download

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email to support so that we may investigate this matter further.

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to "Documents" > Open the "NinjaTrader 8" folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
