"An error has occurred.(Logon Failed)"

Last night, my Forex.com NT account was working fine. I was running a strategy live.

Today, I cannot connect via NT, but I can login to forex.com just fine on their site. Their support says nothing looks wrong, but even after a password reset, and reboot NT can't connect

I use a password manage so I'm just copy pasting to the password fields - no chance of incorrect typing.

How do I resolve this or get more info on the error

Thank you for your post.

Please follow the steps below to manually send your log and trace files so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to an email to support [AT] ninjatrader [DOT] com
  • Please include 'ATTN Spencer' in the Subject line and a link to this forum post in the body of the email
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
