Hello,
first what the hell is you chat line for if a stupid bot cannot take me to a human? Especially when I've paid for your platform? There are many companies with free platform which are supporting much better then you do. Actually you don't.
So I'm now here asking to solve the error I receive when trying to connect

It's possible that you are attempting to connect to your
brokerage account during the one hour period when
the futures markets are closed.

I apologize for the frustration with the bot, in the future please note you can simply type 'agent' or 'speak to live person' etc. to connect with a human during business hours, or create an email case with our team if not during business hours.

If you are still receiving this error message, I'd first ensure you are updated to either NinjaTrader 8.0.28.0 or 8.1.1.7. If this does not resolve the issue I'd recommend writing into our support team so we can further assist.
