Questions on Demo Trading and Historical Data

I'm trying to learn Mack's PAT system (price action scalping) by demo trading. I'm looking for a platform that offers a lot of historical data (multiple years' worth would be great) specifically for the 2000-tick ES/MES futures chart. The only other things I need are trend lines/channels, an EMA, and ATM strategies. If I open a demo account and a live account and fund it, I'm pretty sure I'll get the latter things I mentioned. I kinda doubt I'll get the historical data I'm looking for based on what I've found at other platforms. I have a Pro account at TradingView but they don't have tick charts and only 2 months of historical data for the 5-minute ES chart and just two weeks for the 3-minute. I'm guessing that while I'm demo trading with NinjaTrader that I'll be charged an inactivity fee for having a live account but not doing any live trading, yes? If I could just get these specific questions answered, it would be a huge help.

NinjaTrader Brokerage connections offer 1 year of historical tick data.
If this is insufficient, you may want to consider a 3rd party source of historical tick data (such as CQGDataFactory or TickData.com) that can be imported into NinjaTrader.

You can use the demo for 2 weeks before funding a live account.
