Constant "Loading..." in charts

    Constant "Loading..." in charts

    NT 8.0.27.0 64-bit, Server 2016 (NinjaTrader Mobile VPS)
    I've tried clearing DB folder and Database Reset from Tools but I keep getting this annoying "Loading..." status in my charts. I have to keep disconnecting then reconnecting and rebooting the computer to eventually get it to load
    It shows this even when I'm disconnected.

      Hello MatthewLesko,

      Also try opening a new 1 minute chart with no indicators applied and 5 days of historical data to load.

        I think it's helping a bit but it's very weird because the chart won't update/refresh until I move my mouse cursor over it. Like it won't just refresh on its own in the background.

          Hello MatthewLesko,

          As long as you are seeing changing bid and ask prices in Chart Trader (meaning real-time data), that could be from an indicator.

          Close all open workspaces and restart NinjaTrader. Then in the new blank workspace open a new chart with no template or indicators applied, and check for the behavior.
