Not able to draw GannFann and scale

Hi,
I tried to draw GannFan at low point but i have configured 1*1.1*2 , 1*3 and 1*4 and it draws all line as straight line . But how to scale it to 45%.

Regarding the Gann Fan: With the default settings the fan should chart correctly. As I am not yet able to recreate any issues in this regard, I would like to take a closer look at your log & trace files, could you forward these to us?

You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief "ATTN Manfred" note in the message.

there is no error log. It draws GannFan at different angle like flat. please see screen shot. it should be line at different angle

As you can see, the GannFan would immediately appear with all settings. If this does not appear it would indicate you've experienced an issue with the platform itself.
