Dear Support - Loading New NinjaTrader 8.1.1.7 Program

I am currently finding it difficult to load NinjaTrader 8 . Error Mesage Unable to load custom assembly. Original version has been restored. You need to recompile your custom NinjaScript files. Have done that but there are no files to delete. Then it comes up Unable to load Ninja Trader custom assembly. Please reinstall Ninja Trader. Could not find a part of the path. 8.1.1.7.

Could you send us your log & trace files? We'd like to take a closer look at the reported error.

You can do this by following the steps below:

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to support (at) ninjatrader (dot) com
• Please add a brief "Attn Manfred" note to the message
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders
