Connecting IBKR and NinjaTrader only showing the paper account

Hello,

I went through the steps to connect IBKR and Ninjatrader. I tried with a paper account first to make sure it was working. Now trying to go on the live account, It's simply not shown in the account list.





The account I am trying to connect to is U12177254.
It is properly showing and working on TWS. IB gateway is connected to said account and the port number is correct in the connection config.

But I tried logging on my live account on TWS as well as IB gateway but it didn't fix it.

May I confirm that you have purchased the Multi-broker addon in the Client Portal?

Are you logged into the Live trading in IB Gateway?

I dont have the multibroker addon. I will thus use my tradingview setup with IBKR instead. Thank you for the swift response!
