Hourly chart- bars incorrectly close on the half hour

How do i get the bars to close on the top of the hour? I This is a problem across all of my charts, es,nq,ym etc. If I change the "load data based on" in the data series window it will either change to close on the :15 or the :30. cannot get it to close at the top of the hour.

Is it possible your local timezone is set to one that is offset by thirty minutes?

So far, I was not able to reproduce this behavior. When using a 60-minute chart, the candle should always close one hour after the first candle opens:



To review your local timezone, please click on Tools > Options. Once changing the timezone, please restart NinjaTrader, right-click the chart and "Reload all historical data".

** it appears if you untick break at EOD it will cause this issue.
i have time zone set to EST. so also i noticed that i have 2 diff chart windos up with the 240m time frame ant they each have the candles closing at diff times.. how is this possible. and the same happens with the 60m time frame as well.

When using the EST timezone this should definitely not be occurring.

Could you send me your workspace? I would like to take a closer look at these charts.

You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief "ATTN Manfred" note in the message.

Please also click on "Other files" and check the checkbox next to the "Workspace" therein.
