Hello. I downloaded data from market replay downloader and the chart freezing up. Is this from Ninja or is it because of the third party affiliate?

May I have you provide a screenshot of the available data in Tools -> Historical Data window -> Market Replay section -> Instrument?
Also, please provide a screenshot of the Playback controller and the chart.Chelsea B.NinjaTrader Customer Service -
