Why are CL and GC delayed by 10 mins with CME_Top Bundle for Ma rket Data?

Hello csrote,

The CL and GC trade on the NYMEX which is a CME exchange, and I would expect this to be enabled when subscribed to the bundle.

However, the code you are showing in the screenshot would not be the bundle (CMEGROUP_TOP) and would be just the CME without NYMEX or CBOT.

Just to confirm, you are currently logged into the Client Portal with the same username you are connecting to in the Desktop Platform?
This is showing you are subscribed to the bundle?

Same username in both Portal and Desktop. You have prompted my recall that I am subscribed to ONLY the CME for $4/month. Not the $12 bundle with includes NYMEX. COMEX and others.
Can you please provide a link to the page that describes the various market data subscription alternatives? Thank you.

In the Client Portal click User -> Settings -> Plans -> Market Data -> Subscribe. On each plan click View All Products to see what the plan includes.
