Order not present

I Have and order wating for certain price to enter in the live market, but when i want to cancel the order, its appears an error called order not present. But still appears on the graphic like if it was normal.

Something that could happen. (I am using another broker) so maybe ninjatrader did tried to put the order but my broker dint and know there is a bug.
