    Nt error

    Hello,

    I am getting this error message at least once a day lately.
    I switch to the latest NT version. Also using for now TWS 10.19.1
    Must switch before july 18.
    Any idea about the error? Is it linked to new NT and TWS update?

    Thank you for that note.

    Typically that error appears when there is a conflict between custom add-ons and available PC resources.

    Please email your log and trace files right us from the NinjaTrader platform (Help-> Email Support), so we investigate this further. Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

    By the way, new version of TWS -
    10.23.2a is now supported to use with NinjaTrader platform, it's also listed on our Connection Guide​.
    Please make sure to use that version.
