Adjusting Option trading hours

Hi,

I trade ETF options and they extend trading for 15 mins after RTH. Currently my options charts stop populating at 4pm ET. Is there any way I can adjust the option trading hours? Currently it's defaulted to <use instrument settings>. Also, is there any way of defaulting options trading hours as they expire on a daily basis

Hello,
Thank you for your post.

Please right-click in a background of your chart, then select Data Series. In the Data Series window, set Trading hours to Default 24x7. Then click 'Apply' and 'OK'.
After that, right click within the chart and select 'Reload all historical data'.

If you are still not getting data, please email us from the NinjaTrader platform (by going to Help-> Email Support), so we can receive your log and trace files. Plus attach a screenshot of your chart.
