Closing Ninja Trader Platform

I'm logging off from the platform by hitting the x in the right top corner of Control Panel. It doesn't give me the option to save my settings; so each time I log on I have to arrange things the way I like them over and over again.
There must be an easier way.

I would like to take a closer look at your log & trace files, as they should report why the workspace is not being saved.

You can send us these files by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief "ATTN Manfred" note in the message.

I did what you suggest. I forgot to put your name on it though.

If I understand the issue correctly, I'll tell you what I do:

1. Arrange the workspace how you want it
2. Save it
3. Work your day, make trades, move things around and when you log off and get prompted to save changes click "No"
4. Next time you open NT the workspace should be rendered as it appeared when you saved it in step 2
5. Export a backup for any workspaces that you want to keep
