Workspaces Won't open

I have saved workspaces, closed out of NT, reopened, and workspaces are there - even with a green icon - but nothing happens when I click them. I have gone through the restore workspace process but nothing happens. So then because I have no workspaces, I open a new chart again and use that. If I try to open workspaces now, I lose my new chart... Seriously...

Additionally, please include any error messages or screenshots of the issue you are experiencing. Please also follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so we may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
