    TDA Order Entry Error: "could not resolve instrument for..."

    Hello, I logged in to my TDA account and attempted to go long an option. This is what I received:

    "{username}{account number}, Could not resolve instrument for ID: null, CUSIP: null, AssetType: OPTION, and Symbol: IWM_IWMS affected Order: Buy 1 Limit @ $###"

    Have an account at IBKR and use them for my data and connect both to nt8 simultaneously, however I am a professional subscriber and I subscribe to data through IBKR and not TDA.

    Am i receiving this error from TDA because it does not recognize a live data feed?

    Thank you for your inquiry and for using NinjaTrader.

    Do you experience the same behavior when you connect to just TD Ameritrade without Interactive Brokers?

        Thank you for your response.

        I'd like to look at your log and trace files for some diagnostic information. To do this, I'd like to switch over to email, as these files contain information that shouldn't be shared publicly. To send these over email, please go to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support in the platform.

        Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
